The latest word from the MTA regarding weekend service on the M8 is that it is now scheduled to resume in April 2014.
Since that struck WVN as rather a long way off, we asked their Press Office,“Why the delay?” To which theyreplied, “Additional operators will be needed and since the schedule for such changes are already in place for 2014’s first quarter, starting in January, we have to wait until the assignment of Operators for the second quarter.”
To everything there is a season – think spring.
