Dear George,
I am writing to let you know that Addie and I attended the concert at St. Veronica’s this past Saturday, November 25th, and it was marvelous. The orchestra and the diva were superb. Your efforts on behalf of us, who are residents of the Village, is certainly laudable. You have repurposed the use of a landmark treasure for all in the community, and indeed all New Yorkers, to enjoy. In Paris or Rome, tourists would flock to hear concerts by such master musicians in such a magnificent setting. Let us hope that the same type of response will be elicited from tourists visiting our City and neighborhood.
