It was with pain I heard these words but Christy Ross has been such a fair, clear-minded, and conscientious editor I knew I could not lure her back. She is convinced that her first obligation is to try and learn as best she can the techniques to bring these troubled adolescents back to a path of self-worth.
I know her students will be very lucky to have her as Andreea Pantor takes over as Editor, but we do need proofreaders and editors—and oh yes, headline and caption writers.
