Dear Editors,
One hopes that the new Lenox Hill Healthplex on West 12th Street will bring better treatment to the health of our neighbors than it does for their welfare. Not only have they provided no street trees, but they have shaved four feet off the sidewalk and placed a low fence around the base so that people won’t sit there. It is a bare uninviting hot presence in the Village.
