Since January 8, this sampling of the tiles that, until last September, had been on the 9/11 memorial fence at Greenwich and Seventh Avenues, have found a temporary home in the entrance hall of the Jefferson Market Library. They will be on display there for the rest of 2013; after that it seems there is some uncertainty as to a permanent site for the rescued collection, but hopefully the 9/11 Tribute Center http://www.tributewtc.org/aboutus/index.php will keep us posted.
