I have rarely been as impressed as I was with the article published May 2012 in the WestView News. It offers a solution for the neighborhood, the community, the University and for a hospital all in one location that is ready and waiting for such a implementation. NYU ON PIER 40 is brilliant. It is one of the first times that I, am sure others too, can see a perfect solution for multiple problems that are right here. I can imagine NYU students as well as the community making needed use of the NYU’s Langone Hospital satellite to save their lives as well as broken limbs. The olympic swimming pool and restaurants and shopping to me is just an extra plus that adds that extra income to help defray the cost of such a wonderful idea.
