Re: closure of the L Line.
I think it is essential that our elected representatives insist that MTA and NYCDOT assure the public that all buses will stop at all existing bus stops, not allow some buses to bypass some bus stops, leaving riders stranded or forcing longer walks. My understanding is that MTA intends to duplicate the widely spaced L train station stops on some of the buses. I hope I am wrong.
I note that 13th Street has been restriped for curbside bike lanes and goods delivery and is working well.
