The Butcher’s Daughter (581 Hudson St.): The second NYC location of this “Juice Bar, Café and Vegetable Slaughter House” has opened in the space that used to house Doppio.

Barber Shop (159 7th Ave. South): This old-fashioned, generically-named barber shop moved from its previous 143 7th Ave. South location.

Springbone Kitchen (90 West 3rd St.): This gluten-free, soy-free restaurant offers bowls with various ingredients topped with “bone broth.” There are a few vegetarian offerings, as well as “butter coffee” which is just what it sounds like.
Elm Boutique Spa (247 West 11th St.): This new spa offers facials, waxing, spray-on tanning, and eyelash and eyebrow henna tints.

2nd City (525 Hudson St.): This Filipino taqueria, from reality-TV chef Jordan Andino, is hoping to popularize Filipino cuisine by introducing Filipino food preparations to familiar dishes like tacos, burritos, and grain bowls.

Pommes Frites (128 MacDougal St.): The beloved frites shop that was destroyed in the Second Ave. gas explosion has finally re-opened in the West Village after numerous delays.

sweetgreen (226 Bleecker St.): The former Avignone Chemists space is now a branch of this popular salad chain which touts organic and locally-sourced ingredients in imaginative salads with punny names.

Indie Fresh, Chelsea Market (75 9th Ave.): Replacing Lolo Organics, a vegan restaurant, Indie Fresh has a paleo philosophy, offering gluten-free, dairy-free dishes with no added sugar.

Guenter Seeger (641 Hudson St.): Fine dining comes to Hudson Street with Chef Guenter Seeger’s eponymous restaurant. The German-born chef, who ran a well-known restaurant in Atlanta, offers expensive tasting menus crafted around locally-sourced ingredients.

Dizengoff, Chelsea Market (75 9th Avenue): Dizengoff is the final restaurant to open in the newest space at Chelsea Market. The Philadelphia import serves fresh hummus, pitas from a wood-burning oven, and other Israeli dishes.
Havaianas (382 Bleecker St.): The space that housed a Marc Jacobs Men’s Store until February is now a Havaianas pop-up, selling the popular Brazilian rubber flip-flops. Both standard models and the surprisingly expensive designer collections are featured.

Spa Belles (49 7th Ave.): The Spa Belles location at 74 7th Ave. has relocated a couple of blocks south to the old Radio Shack space.
