In response to your illuminating article in the WestView News, which I will now read rigorously, I was impressed to learn about the NYU President’s new job/building (as well as many vivid subtexts inherent within). Also, it’s quite breathtaking to get all that deep background on my alma mater, considering that it was such a laid back place back when our Village was perhaps planning a new awakening.

My dad used to complain about its 18 bucks per credit, wondering when his daughter would finally pick up that coveted degree. But, I managed to extend my stay in NYU’s Washington Square College (WSC) by working at the Atomic Energy Commission (AEC) which, in exchange for 20 hours of work per week, paid its staff 12 free credits per term PLUS SALARY! Where are them days now? Would I recommend my grandson opt for early enrollment at UCLA? Come on, dudes! 50 grand a year for tuition? Who are you kidding?
