Upon opening an October issue of the West View News, I was pleased to read an article/review which visited Bar 55. I recall discovering this unique neighborhood bar one night with a friend. We both enjoyed the entertainment, “The Undigables,” as they performed and wowed the audience. Reading the article took me back to that night. The article successfully captured the atmosphere of the bar and the friendly people inside. The Undigables were terrific as they exploded with talent, humor, and the non-stop energy to rock. The group made a connection with their audience and the crowd cheered on. After the performance, both inside and outside, the new Undigable fans and group members congregated, sharing moments and stories. It was like watching many people forming new friendships. Hats off to the writer of the article, Stan Fine. Through his creative writing skills, a unique bar and band experience has been captured and put into print. And hats off to you, West View News, for printing a great review of a neighborhood hot spot worthy of the exposure.
