The recently published Roof Explorers’ Guide, by Village resident Leslie Adatto, describes 101 rooftops in New York City with public access. WestView published an interview with the author last month (Guide to Asphalt Beaches) but did not mention where you could buy the book. The guide is available at Three Lives & Company, from Amazon and as an e-book. The e-book is handy if you choose to follow itineraries she suggests in the five boroughs. Ms. Adatto did most of her visits by bike. The guide is arranged in sections by type, ie, hotels, restaurants, parks, museums, farms, sports.
