Action Not “Art”

Andreea 09/09/2018     Briefly Noted, Opinion

Will the graffiti writer who is covering the West Village with “Deport Trump” messages please stop? You might enjoy the chance to vent your feelings about the President—in a community that mostly dislikes him as much as you do—but this is useless and dirties the neighborhood with ugly (although heart-felt) writing. If you want to do something useful, read the “Resist” series in WestView for practical ways of taking action.
